Tournament Overview:

Day 1 – Camelot Golf Club (September 12, 2025)

Format: Round Robin (Group Play)

  • Total Teams: 32 teams, each with 4 players.

  • Group Structure: The teams are divided into 8 groups, with 4 teams in each group.

  • Match Format: Heads-up scramble (9-hole stroke play).

  • Round Robin: Each team plays 3 matches within their group.

Day 2 – West Bend Lakes (September 13, 2025)

Format: Seeded Round Robin Play (within Flights)

  • Total Teams: 32 teams, divided into 4 flights (8 teams per flight).

  • Match Format: Heads-up scramble (9-hole stroke play).

  • Round Robin: Each flight plays a round robin format within their group (2 groups per flight)

 

How Day 1 is Played:

On Day 1, the 32 teams compete in a round robin format, with each team playing 3 head-to-head matches against the other teams in their respective groups. Each match consists of 9 holes of stroke play. Teams are looking to secure the best possible record in hopes of securing favorable seeding for Day 2.

  • Seeding for Day 2: Based on the results of Day 1, teams are ranked within their groups and will be seeded into 4 flights for Day 2 play:

    • Flight 1: Teams ranked 1st-8th.

    • Flight 2: Teams ranked 1st-8th.

    • Flight 3: Teams ranked 1st-8th.

    • Flight 4: Teams ranked 1st-8th.

  • Team Raffle Prizes: Each team will receive equal amount of raffle ticket to total day 1 group points.

 

How Day 2 is Played:

Day 2 – West Bend Lakes (September 13, 2025)

Format: Seeded Round Robin Play (within Flights)

  • Total Teams: 32 teams, divided into 4 flights (8 teams per flight).

  • Match Format: Heads-up scramble (9-hole stroke play).

  • Round Robin: Each flight plays a round robin format within their group (2 groups per flight), with each team playing against every other team in their group.​

Each flight consists of 2 groups (A and B):

  • Flight 1:

    • Group A: Seeds 1st, 3rd, 6th, 8th

    • Group B: Seeds 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th

  • Flight 2:

    • Group A: Seeds 1st, 3rd, 6th, 8th

    • Group B: Seeds 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th

  • Flight 3:

    • Group A: Seeds 1st, 3rd, 6th, 8th

    • Group B: Seeds 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th

  • Flight 4:

    • Group A: Seeds 1st, 3rd, 6th, 8th

    • Group B: Seeds 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th

Day 2 Match Play Setup:

Each flight will compete in a round robin format within their group. Teams will play 3 rounds of 9-hole scramble matches to determine their rankings within their group.

  • Round 1: The first round begins with a shotgun start at 8:00 AM.

  • Round 2: The second round starts at 11:00 AM.

  • Round 3: The final round of the day begins at 2:00 PM.

Flight Winners:

After the 3 rounds, the top teams in each group will be determined, and each flight will have a Flight Champion. The team with the best record in each flight will be crowned the Flight Champion.

Team Raffle Prizes: Each team will receive equal amount of raffle ticket to total day 1 group points.

Tournament Highlights So Far:

  • Day 1 brings fierce competition, with teams battling to secure the best possible seeding for Day 2. The round robin play within the 8 groups tests each team’s consistency and teamwork.

  • Day 2 promises even more excitement, with each flight’s teams competing in round robin play to determine their Flight Champion.

  • Prizes are up for grabs not only for the Flight Champions but also for those finishing 4th in their groups through raffle prizes.

 

Tournament Schedule Recap:

Day 1 (September 12, 2025):

  • Shotgun Start for Matches: Each team plays 3 matches, competing within their group for Day 2 seeding.

  • 8:00 AM Shotgun Start: Round 1 for all 8 groups

  • 11:00 AM Shotgun Start: Round 2 for all 8 groups.

  • 2:00 PM Shotgun Start: Round 3 for all 4 groups.

Day 2 (September 13, 2025):

  • 8:00 AM Shotgun Start: Round 1 for all 4 flights.

  • 11:00 AM Shotgun Start: Round 2 for all 4 flights.

  • 2:00 PM Shotgun Start: Round 3 for all 4 flights.
